SUMMARY:
Well established company based in Midrand requires an experienced "Syspro IT Administrator". Syspro experience in an IT Administrative / Support role is essential.

POSITION INFO:
Ensuring that the activities performed daily are in alignment and compliance with the group of companies Quality Management System, Company Quality Management System, Local Regulatory & Statutory Requirements and International Regulatory & Statutory requirements where and as possible.

Obtaining quotes from suppliers from time to time
Creating purchase orders for IT purchases
Receipting of stock for IT purchase orders
Filing of IT documents
QWIX support – Creating of QWIX users
Creating SYSPRO users
Importing Stock Codes
Changing Sales Consultant codes on sales transactions
Creating Sales Consultants codes
Importing List pricing
Importing Contract pricing
General QWIX Support
General Syspro Support
General admin duties

Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement;
Computer Literate and proficiency on Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and outlook
Syspro experience is essential
Syspro Qualification would be a definite advantage

Experience required:-
Experience in a supportive IT role
Syspro experience is essential

Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) especially in English is a non-negotiable requirement
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel; MS Word and Outlook
Computer literacy – Must be proficient in Windows 11
ERP knowledge essential. Syspro knowledge is an advantage
Ability to work well in a team
Accuracy and attention to detail
Efficient Time management and ability to work under pressure
Integrity, response and high commitment
Organized and results and deadline driven
