System Analyst
Location: South Africa
Type: Permanent | IT & Business Solutions

Define the need. Design the solution.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled Systems Analyst to deliver smart, fit-for-purpose business and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and industry bodies to design and document systems that meet real business needs.

What You’ll Do

Elicit and analyse business and technical requirements
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and manage expectations
Document functional, technical, data, and process requirements
Design wireframes, process flows, and system screens
Support project delivery and ensure SDLC adherence
Engage with developers, testers, project teams, and external partners
Raise risks, manage deliverables, and clarify solution queries
Ensure all documentation meets quality standards

What You Bring

Business/Systems Analyst qualification (IIBA certification a plus)
3+ years of experience in a systems analyst role
Understanding of software development lifecycle
Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
Experience in Financial Services or Payments preferred
Working knowledge of Visio for diagram and wireframe creation
