JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG industry has an opportunity available for a System Transformation Lead (SPL) Sub-Saharan SA to be based in the Gauteng area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering or related fields
Experience in implementation of scale technology projects in areas of Supply Planning & Logistics
Excellent project management skills
Strong cross functional linkages requires
Must be able to work across functional boundaries and within lots of uncertainty
AMESA (Africa, Middle East, and South Asia) experience
Process oriented and having eye for detail
Exceptional Project Management skills
Proven experience in dealing with FMCG demand planning processes.
Proper understanding of SAP and forecasting models

KPAs:

Keep track of technology upgrades in AMESA & the industry in Supply Planning & Logistics space
Evaluate feasibility / benefit of technology upgrades for SSA
Build business case / Capex for these technology upgrades for business approval
Develop & align project plan with timelines, people responsible and value measurement process
Manage and track execution of technology projects
Secure resources (IT / Sector / Business / consultants) for execution of projects
