Key Responsibilities

Maintain, configure, and support servers, networks, and IT systems
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Ensure data backups, security, and disaster recovery processes are in place
Support IT upgrades, installations, and system improvements

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile

2–5 years’ experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) is advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
