JOB SUMMARY:
One of the leading Pulp & Paper company based in Springs within a plant is currently looking for a Systems Analyst with the following skills & experience:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The incumbent will be responsible for the support and ongoing maintenance of the Information Management Systems in the Collaboration Team. You will work on the implementation of projects from inception to completion, make sure various integrations are supported and maintained, and keep up to date with system capabilities and market trends.
Key Responsibilities

Discovering and documenting business requirements;
Validating technical specifications and infrastructure requirements with the solution implementation team;
Supporting installation of the solution;
Assisting end user training;
Responding to questions concerning product capabilities;
Maintaining and operating the solution;
Planning future growth of the system;
Design business applications in which basic best practice knowledge is applied;
Compose documentation outlining requirements for building the business application;
Present documentation on business analysis and solution requirements to key customer stakeholders for validation and approval;
Build solutions, including configuring application development tools and using HTML and JavaScript;
Test business applications, ensure performance is as designed and resolve any issues;
Develop plan for migration and migrate business applications into production environments;
Transition key information to support team to ensure continued support of users; and
Design and implement Workflow and WorkView applications that are user friendly and easy to support while meeting business requirements to highest standard and long-term sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications

Matric Certificate with Maths (Maths Literacy is not sufficient);
IT Certification;
Certifications in Enterprise Content Management Systems; and
Hyland OnBase Certifications (Advantageous)

Job Requirements:

Five (5) + years’ Enterprise Content Management Systems;
Project Management using Prince2 Methodology;
Knowledge of programming languages;
SharePoint Experience;
Microsoft Office Competency;
OnBase Administration Experience; and OnBase WorkView/Workflow Experience.
