SUMMARY:
Are you a Systems or Business Analyst based in Johannesburg looking for your next opportunity? We are building a strong network of analysts for upcoming roles in Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
At Network Contracting Solutions, we partner with leading companies across Johannesburg. We are currently connecting with skilled Systems and Business Analysts for future opportunities in the region.

These roles offer exposure to large systems, business-critical projects, and the chance to work closely with both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Work with stakeholders, developers, and project teams
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Support testing, implementation, and system changes

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field (essential)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Business Analysis certifications) are advantageous

Experience:
- 3–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Proven experience working on system implementations or enhancements
- Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall environments

Skills:
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
- Understanding of systems, processes, and data analysis
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Basic SQL or technical understanding is advantageous
