To interpret the business requirement specification and translate it into a detailed system design specification to enable the development of innovative, flexible, and efficient solutions to a business problem.

Education:

Degree or Diploma in IT.

TOGAF certification is advantageous.

Experience:

• 4-6 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
• \Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
• Experience with modeling tools e.g Visio.
• Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages.
• Work experience in software development and working in an Agile team (SCRUM)
• SQL – Database design, queries, reporting.
• Enterprise Messaging Bus architectures.
• Experience in using Modelling tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect).
• Possess advanced programming logic and the ability to write pseudo-code.
• Strong skills to investigate and analyze information in troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of project management principles and SDLC.
• Good grasp of Java coding techniques and the ability to read and understand code.
• Thorough understanding of process flows and business rules and how this is modeled in the IT systems.
• Exposure to one or more of the following languages XML, and JSON.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a large corporate environment is helpful.
