Our client is looking for Systems Analyst and Designer to join the vibrant team in the Financial Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Systems Analyst/Designer III
Description:

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the design team by ensuring the team can efficiently and effectively work through internal and external processes that enables active collaborate and stakeholder communications.
The candidate will be responsible to manage and drive a client centric point of view, identify issues within existing processes and determine root cause and advise on structural solutions with the help of specialist staff.
The Identity and Data Access Governance team are required to enable specialized capabilities through Trends, insights and suggested improvements into the overall architecture, models, frame works, designs and configuration of the SailPoint Identity IQ solution.

Responsibilities:

Analyse problems and formulate solution based on organisations boundaries, architectures, and constraints: Needs to be achievable and operational, must push boundaries when required and continuously push for improvements.
Understand constraints and risk and make the necessary trade-offs.
Stay current with industry trends and how they might impact or improve the current tools, training, and support for the Identity IQ solution. Keeping abreast of the technical landscape and how it fits together.
Support development of IAG & IAM strategies, roadmap, and architecture. Including supporting industry standards, regulatory compliance, and customer business requirements.
Establish frameworks, standards and guidelines for Access Governance integration and grow maturity and skills in this specialist domain.
Actively work towards building a communication strategy that empowers customers and stakeholders of the value being delivered.

Qualifications:

Matric
Degree in Information Technology

Certifications:

Regulatory knowledge - FICA / RE etc.

Experience

6 - 10+ years
Minimum with 4 years specialist experience in systems or integration

Advantageous:

Understanding of business and systems landscapes within the greater financial environment
Experience in system interfacing and resolution of inter-system integration.
2 – 3 years’ technical specialist experience in a relevant information security, Risk, or related business environment
2 years’ experience as a technical specialist, enabling or driving delivery of IT Systems
Knowledge of security concepts in the broader Access Management related environment
Knowledge of Sailpoint Identity IQ
