Systems Integration & Reporting Specialist

Summary

We’re looking for a Systems Integration Specialist to design, implement, and manage seamless integrations between the operational systems — including farm management, packing, and logistics — and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This role requires both technical expertise and a strong grasp of financial processes and data structures. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who can work confidently across departments and with external partners to ensure data flows smoothly throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Execution

• Analyse existing systems and data flows across farming, packing, and export operations.

• Design and implement effective integration solutions connecting these systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and real-time availability for financial and operational reporting.

Project Management

• Lead integration initiatives from planning through to implementation, managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder engagement.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, IT, and Operations) as well as external vendors and consultants.

Technical Implementation

• Define integration specifications and oversee or execute the development of APIs, data connectors, and middleware solutions.

• Utilise Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and related tools to enhance automation and efficiency.

Data Maintenance & Reporting

• Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources to maintain accuracy and completeness in central databases.

• Assist in designing and maintaining financial and operational reports using Power BI, Jet Reports, and other relevant tools.

• Ensure reports are structured to update automatically with reliable, up-to-date information.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable performance.

• Identify opportunities to enhance integration processes and overall system efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in systems integration, preferably within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

• Solid understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and operational data workflows.

• Experience with APIs, ETL tools, and integration platforms (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, KingswaySoft, SSIS).

• Experience in agriculture or export logistics environments will be advantageous.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
