Systems Integration & Reporting Specialist

Summary
We’re looking for a Systems Integration Specialist to design, implement, and manage seamless integrations between the operational systems — including farm management, packing, and logistics — and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This role requires both technical expertise and a strong grasp of financial processes and data structures. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who can work confidently across departments and with external partners to ensure data flows smoothly throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Execution

Analyse existing systems and data flows across farming, packing, and export operations.

Design and implement effective integration solutions connecting these systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and real-time availability for financial and operational reporting.
Project Management

Lead integration initiatives from planning through to implementation, managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder engagement.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, IT, and Operations) as well as external vendors and consultants.
Technical Implementation

Define integration specifications and oversee or execute the development of APIs, data connectors, and middleware solutions.

Utilise Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and related tools to enhance automation and efficiency.
Data Maintenance & Reporting

Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources to maintain accuracy and completeness in central databases.

Assist in designing and maintaining financial and operational reports using Power BI, Jet Reports, and other relevant tools.

Ensure reports are structured to update automatically with reliable, up-to-date information.
Support & Continuous Improvement

Monitor system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable performance.

Identify opportunities to enhance integration processes and overall system efficiency.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in systems integration, preferably within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

Solid understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and operational data workflows.

Experience with APIs, ETL tools, and integration platforms (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, KingswaySoft, SSIS).

Experience in agriculture or export logistics environments will be advantageous.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
