Chemical/Fertiliser Industry looking for a Team Leader with experience of Processing in Nitric Acid Plant Compulsory
- Sasolburg, Vaal

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Chemical Industry (Fertiliser)
* Nitric Acid Plant experience ESSENTIAL - PLEASE DO NOT
APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE
* Grade 12 (Maths & Science)
* Degree/BTech or Diploma in related Industry
* MUST HAVE experience in Processing in Nitric Acid Plant
* Previous experience in team Management
* Competent in Microsoft Office
* Competent CRS Payroll Solutions
* Stress Tolerance
* Communication Skills
* Audits, sport checks, checklists, communicate ISO Standards
* Proper written , communications and interpretation skills
* Sending Emails, Running meetings, Text, Social Media savvy
* Coaching, Structured training such as PTO's
* Ensure and Develop Team competency, Morale of team
* Audits, spot checks, checklists, communicate Company
Rules & Regulations
* SHEQ & PSM knowledge
* Behaviour Analysis knowledge, assertiveness, discipline
EQ, Empathy, Problem solving
* In depth knowledge of ISO Standards
* Numeracy & Literacy (BTech level)
* 5S Practice
