SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Technical Administrator to act as the first line of support for client technical queries. This person will play a key role in managing communication between clients and the technical support team by logging queries, assigning tasks, and ensuring follow-ups are completed efficiently.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Need:

Matric (Grade 12).
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or client support role, ideally within a technical or IT environment.
Prior exposure to helpdesk, CRM, or ticketing software.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
