TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – DURBANVILLE

SUMMARY:
Our Client within the Web Hosting realm is currently seeking a Technical Customer Care Consultant for their call centre in Durbanville. They are looking for someone who is passionate about helping their customers, with a brilliant attitude and a willingness to learn. They are looking for the successful candidate to invest into their business as there will be continuous Training for this role.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements 

• Matric
• Passionate about Customer Service.
• Knowledge of Domains.
• High level understanding of various content management systems, i.e Wordpress.
• Understanding of various mail access methods i.e POP and IMAP.

Duties include, but not limited:

• Assisting customers with email setup across various mail programs.

• Troubleshooting and assisting customers with their email.
• Troubleshooting and assisting with web hosting related queries.
• Assisting customers to navigate our hosting control panel.
• Ability to work after hours as support for customers.
