SUMMARY:
An experienced Technical Service Manager is required to lead and optimise a technical services department, ensuring high-quality support, repairs, and network performance. This role focuses on service excellence, SLA delivery, team leadership, and continuous improvement across technical operations.

POSITION INFO:
