POSITION INFO:

Technology Project Manager (Wine Making/ Bottling) - Cape Winelands - R63 000 - R68 000 per month CTC

Bottling Plant seeks an experienced Project Manager to ensure that the condition of assets is monitored and a replacement program is in place and manage all Technical Projects. Provision must be made for the replacement of Assets with existing or new technology. You will need to understand the wine making process in order to define the critical infrastructure needed, which is suitable for the process. You will ensure a plan is developed/scope is identified, managed and rolled out to ensure continuous improvement, manage and co-ordinate all relevant technical projects and ensure the deadlines are adhered to within the budget and on time. You will assist the Spirits Department to ensure their distillation processes are optimized and improved and assist the Packaging Department to ensure the efficiency of bottling processes are optimized and improved upon. You will need to ensure collaboration and co-ordination with the financial team on frequency of expenditure and manage accordingly within budget constraints. Min, Eng. Degree and cooling qualification wine & bottling process knowledge, 5 -7 years’ experience in Project & Financial Management, good financial knowledge, SAP and QMS knowledge.
