Position for TELESALES ADMINISTRATOR -
MUST have FMCG experience -
Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Telesales Administrator
* MUST have 2 Year's + experience in FMCG Industry
* Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
* Diploma in Marketing/Sales will be an advantage
* Excellent Telephone etiquette and Interpersonal skills
* Interact with existing and as well as New Customers to
receive orders
* Capture Orders and be responsible for the end-to-end
Administration of Telesales process
* Submit Orders to external services providers for processing
* Responsible for all Order queries and providing solution
and feedback to Customers
* Call New Businesses as per target
* Conduct New product Development launches and meet
strike rate targets
* Increase basket for Stores purchasing as per monthly targets
* Ensure daily targets for calls is reached
* Provide a Summary of calls and orders gained as required
* Maintaining good relationship with external services providers
* Fluent in English
