Telesales Clerk

A well-established company requires an experienced, well presented, friendly, fully bilingual, reliable and hardworking individual who can handle pressure.

This position requires someone to look after our client base, answer calls and process orders timeously.

Responsibilities:

• Handling of all inbound sales queries and orders
• Assisting customers face to face, telephonically and over email

• Quotes to existing and potential clients
• Informing clients of stock availability and lead times and what branch stock will be coming from
• Accurate invoicing to clients
• Advise customers on available stock/alternatives
• Time management and delivering timeous responses to customer’s requests are critical

Requirements:

• 2 – 3-year experience as an Invoice Clerk or Sales Administration role
• Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Extensive computer literacy skills Excel, Pastel, and Outlook
• Attention to detail required and be a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• Must have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail and pro-active attitude, good telephone etiquette
• Ability to understand the FMCG trade
• Reside in Kraaifontein, Kuilsrivier, Brackenfell, Durbanville or Bellville (Northern Suburbs).

The position is available immediately.

SALARY: R15 000 per month
