About the Role: A leading organisation is looking for an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager: Bulk to manage and grow its LPG customer base across the Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, growing existing accounts, managing customer relationships and achieving sales and profitability targets within the territory. Key Responsibilities: Drive LPG sales and achieve\/exceed individual and team sales targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct regular customer visits and effectively manage the sales territory. Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing customer accounts. Plan sales activities and routes to maximise customer coverage and productivity. Forecast sales activity and business requirements to achieve annual targets. Prepare and manage customer contracts and ensure sales standards are maintained. Monitor customer profitability, margins and return on investment. Work closely with Finance on customer credit and account management. Stay up to date with LPG market trends, competitors and customer requirements. Ensure all customer and sales activities comply with company policies, HSSE requirements and relevant legislation. Accurately maintain customer and sales activity on the CRM system. Complete assigned projects and tasks within required deadlines. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 \/ Matric. A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business or a Technical field will be advantageous. Minimum 5 years' sales experience , preferably within LPG, industrial products or technical sales . Strong business development and territory management experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain product applications and benefits to customers. Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with both new business development (\"hunting\") and existing account growth (\"farming\") . Understanding of customer credit, account management and profitability. Experience using CRM systems will be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Valid driver's licence and reliable own vehicle are essential. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
