JOB SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a TES Support Administrator to be based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years administration experience
  • Speak and write English formally and professionally
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with Staff and Management
  • Willing to work under extreme pressure and sense of urgency
  • Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide a professional administrative support function to the TES Team
  • Ensure professional sign-on of every temporary employee on site with client
  • Attend to all queries (Temp and Client) effectively and within the required time frame
  • Management of all orders and ensuring proper and effective administration / filing of same
  • Ensure weekly completion of TES reports for submission as and when needed and ensure accuracy of all data in terms of current and pending headcount and GP, activity, RFQ’s, TES team pipeline etc.
  • Type CV’s under the correct branding whether for a permanent or a temporary position
  • Upload candidates’ information onto Placement Partner and ensure all information extracted to CV’s is correct
  • All-rounder recruitment administration function - Conduct reference checks
  • Creating spreadsheets and updating lists
  • Running and following up on MIE checks
  • Attaching documents and CVs on Placement Partner
  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Assisting Management with adhoc duties
  • Temp Gross Profit (GP) sheets – recording and control of GP, start dates, end dates etc.
  • Completion of Temp documents including but not limited to starter packs
  • Management of induction for new temps
  • Compile TES reports: Project, Pending and Placement made
  • Ensure onboarding and training of temp employees takes place in line with Fempower Standards
  • Temp employee file management including compiling of documents such as ID, banking details, employment contract, JD etc. ensuring compliance at all times
  • Manage and attend to payroll queries
  • Calculation of temp pay rates and client rates
  • Leave reconciliations and ensuring proper administration of this
  • Manage the order confirmation control process
  • Informing management of any controls that could compromise business
