Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 p/m

About Our Client

The company operates an HR software platform called YourHR.space and provides an Outsourced HR Admin function. They work across a range of business activities, supporting internal teams and clients with administrative and operational services.

The Role: Business Support Assistant & Administrator

This role exists to provide high-quality administrative and business support across the organisation, supporting both the wider internal team and clients. It contributes to the business by ensuring smooth operations through tasks such as senior administration, PA-style support, client support, HR administration, systems support, and general business coordination. The main focus is on maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and ensuring tasks are progressed efficiently across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide broad administrative and business support, responding to changing priorities and supporting internal colleagues and clients.

• Organise meetings, appointments, and follow-up actions, including coordinating attendance and preparing documentation.

• Provide PA-style support, including diary coordination, meeting organisation, document preparation, and general administrative assistance.

• Support Outsourced HR Admin activity by preparing documents, updating records, maintaining accurate files, and assisting with onboarding.

• Manage incoming calls, messages, and general enquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Administer the day-to-day operation of YourHR.space and related systems, including updating records and supporting users with routine queries.

• Prepare, format, and proofread documents, templates, communications, and presentations.

• Support marketing and business development administration, including maintaining CRM information and coordinating events.

About You

• Strong experience in a senior administration, executive assistant, business support, or office support role.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Very strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.

• Strong IT and systems skills, including confidence using Microsoft 365, databases, and online platforms.

• Ability to learn new systems quickly and support others with day-to-day use.

• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and make sensible decisions.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience of remote working and supporting a team from a distance (advantage).

• Experience in HR, professional services, consultancy, legal or compliance-led environments (helpful).

• Experience in supporting software administration, client onboarding, marketing administration, or CRM activity (useful).
