SUMMARY:
SAP PAYROLL CONSULTANT -CONTRACT (On-site)

POSITION INFO:

Project Management services and bespoke software solutions to the Private and Public sector.

Hands-on experience with payroll processing, testing, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
Strong knowledge of country-specific payroll requirements, especially relevant to the client’s regions of operation.
Experience integrating Payrollwith modules such as Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Finance.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Centraland Employee Central Payroll, including hybrid deployment models.
Capable of preparing functional specificationsand working with technical teams on custom developments.
Ability to support parallel runs, UAT, training, and post-go-live activities.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA

Minimum of five (5) years’ experienceas a SAP Payroll Consultant.
Must have successfully delivered at least three (3) full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations, in either SAP HCMor SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting end-to-end SAP Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Strong functional expertise in payroll schemas, wage types, time evaluation integration, and payroll posting to Finance.
