SUMMARY:
SAP SUCCESSFACTORS EMPLOYEE CENTRAL – CONTRACT (On-site)

POSITION INFO:

Project Management services and bespoke software solutions to the Private and Public sector.

Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
Experience with data models, XML configuration, and foundation objects.
Familiarity with integration to downstream systemssuch as Payroll (Employee Central Payroll or third-party).
Ability to gather requirements, write functional specs, conduct testing, and provide user training and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, with experience working across HR, IT, and global business stakeholders.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-country project environments.

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Including the latest Delta certification to ensure current knowledge of updates and features.

Minimum 3 years’ experienceas a SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Consultant.
Must have completed 4 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
Must have configured and implemented Employee Records, Time and Attendance, and Position Management.
