Position is a combination of Remote and in office – Candidates can be based in Johannesburg or KZN – And ear marked for South African Citizens only

• To lead the execution of operational strategies developed by the ODM Board and the ODM
  management team.
• To oversee the day-to-day operations, allowing the CEO to focus on the strategic, longer- term
  challenges the company may face. The CEO will focus on a “heads up” role focusing on success in
  business development and company growth.
• This role is more of a “heads down,” role focusing on the operational details necessary for company success.
• To manage all aspects of Finance and HR (including staff training and skills development), while
  playing a key strategic role in the Executive team.
• The company is looking for someone to work closely with the CEO act as a sounding board to him

Qualifications

• Minimum - Honors Degree
• CA(SA) (Active Membership)
• CIMA (Active Membership)

• 15 years Post Qualification Experience (Corporate)
• 10 Years Managerial experience (Minimum team of 5)
• Financial Reporting
• Budget Preparation & Management
• Cash flow Management
• Financing & funding: Assist CEO with raising Capital & Project Financing
• Assist in Dara Preparation during Acquisitions/New Business
• Project Management Accounting
• Revenue
• Procurement
• Warehouse

• Manage Strategic Direction of Finance Team (9 Members)
• Oversee HR
