THIS ROLE HAS BEEN EARMARKED FOR A EE FEMALE

• To manager all External & Internal stakeholder strategies, relations & networks
• Enhance the reputation and image of the company
• Strategically position the company internally and externally through effective communication channels and structures
• Develop and maintain the company’s corporate image & identity
• Identify, establish and manage strategic alliances with local communities, chiefs, relevant government officials and media representatives
• Develop and implement internal and external Strategic Communications Framework
• Prepare speeches for Company Executives and arrange interviews
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure maximum reach
• Provide in-house editorial support to the CEO/President and Executives

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Communications
• Business Management (Post Grad)

Skills

• 5- 10 Years'' Senior Management experience in the development and implementation of Social and Labour plan (SLP), Corporate Affairs related matters and Communications strategies in a Mining Environment
• Experience in Reputation Media Management
• Proven liaison experience in Media, Business, Government and Civic networks
• Strong knowledge of Mining Compliance Legislation
• Strong Strategy Conceptualization and implementation
