Our client is looking for a TL2 Engineer to join their team in Sandton

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Skills

• Strong troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 & Azure fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments.
• Networking knowledge (VLANs, routing, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience with RMM/PSA platforms.
• Familiarity with security products (EDR, anti-virus, web filtering).
• Knowledge of backup technologies.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and client-handling ability.
• Strong problem-solving, analysis, and prioritization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Teamwork and willingness to guide TL1 staff.

Qualifications

• Matric + IT Diploma (advantageous).
• Certifications such as:
• CompTIA N+ / Security+
• Microsoft 365 Associate
• Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
• Fortinet NSE/ Sophos/ Cisco (advantage)
• 2–4 years MSP support experience.
