TREASURY MANAGER (Month-to-month Contract)

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Treasury Manager to join an established organisation on a month-to-month contract based in Mount Edgecombe, Durban.

POSITION INFO:
The role requires a strong treasury professional with experience in cash flow and liquidity management, banking relationships, foreign exchange, investments, borrowings and financial risk management . Key Responsibilities: Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital requirements Manage local and international banking relationships and facilities Oversee borrowings, investments and internal loans Manage foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, including hedging Monitor USD exposures and offshore cash flow requirements Ensure compliance with relevant banking and regulatory requirements Provide treasury expertise on financing and investment decisions Prepare treasury reports and provide support to senior management Manage and support a small treasury team Minimum Requirements: 3-year tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field 4 - 5 years' relevant Treasury \/ Banking experience , ideally within a medium to large organisation Strong FX, cash flow, liquidity and risk management experience Proven experience managing banking relationships Strong reporting, analytical and administrative skills Confident engaging with senior management and key stakeholders Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
