SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Operations Engineer with a strong IAM background looking to work on enterprise-scale identity platforms? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally connected team focused on Identity, Accounts & Roles Enablement, driving secure access across complex IT environments.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and supporting next-generation Identity & Access Management solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the business.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive the implementation and rollout of IAM solutions across multiple business domains
Support migration from legacy systems to modern IAM platforms
Provide technical consulting on IAM protocols (SAML, OIDC, LDAPs)
Collaborate with product owners, feature teams, and stakeholders across the organisation
Analyse, design, and implement identity and role management solutions
Continuously improve automation, backend processes, and deployment pipelines
Manage incident, change, and operational processes within ITSM frameworks
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team delivery

Essential Skills:

Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Security
Hands-on experience with at least one IAM platform (One Identity preferred)
Solid understanding of IAM protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect, LDAPs)
Experience with Agile & DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
Knowledge of modern IT architectures, vendors, and trends
Practical experience with One Identity IAM solution
Exposure to SAP IAM environments
Knowledge of IAM in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Ability to review and troubleshoot scripts/code
German language skills (beneficial)
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
6+ years’ experience in IT, ideally within IAM environments
Experience in development, support, or maintenance of IAM systems
