Talent Acquisition | Recruitment Specialist – Cape Town

12 Month Contract – Start Immediately!

R420 000 – R----- Per Annum CTC (Negotiable on qualification and relevant experience) 

Reporting to the Head of HR of this Global Investment Firm and be responsible for the sourcing, selection and acquiring of exceptional talent for the business both locally and internationally. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administering the full talent acquisition process including job profiling, workforce planning, advertising, selection procedure and onboarding. 
• Liaising with recruitment partners and other candidate sourcing channels.
• Building a talent pipeline and referral network.
• Administering the career portal and recruitment database.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of best-fit people processes as part of the HR team.
• Maintaining records, developing analytics, and reporting on recruitment trends and data.
• Preparing candidate feedback incorporating selection and psychometric information.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Human Resources or related qualification
• 4-5 Years high level talent acquisition | local and international talent acquisition | recruitment expertise is required and ideally gained financial services | investment or related firm
• Advanced MS Office and general IT systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A good understanding of South Africa labour legislation.
