Skills & Experience: Interpreting and analysing digital marketing data to uncover actionable insights Tracking campaign performance and recommending improvements based on key findings Monitoring important metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI, ROAS, and acquisition costs Producing insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders Evaluating performance across channels including Paid Media, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Website Analytics Measuring customer journeys and conversion pathways to identify optimisation opportunities Supporting attribution modelling and campaign measurement initiatives Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms Communicating complex findings in a clear, practical, and business-focused manner Collaborating with Digital Marketing, CRM, eCommerce, Content, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams Proven experience in Digital Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, or a similar analytical role Hands-on experience with platforms such as: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager Exposure to reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI Strong proficiency in analysing large datasets and identifying trends Advanced Excel and\/or SQL skills would be beneficial Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline Industry certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Power BI, Data Analytics, or similar platforms will be advantageous Apply now!
