Skills & Experience: Planning, executing, and refining paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels Managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Display Networks Conducting keyword research and audience analysis to improve targeting effectiveness Developing bidding strategies and budget allocation plans to maximise return on investment Monitoring key metrics and identifying ways to enhance campaign performance Managing Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Remarketing, and other paid media campaigns Implementing conversion tracking and ensuring accurate campaign measurement Analysing advertising data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Creating performance reports and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders Collaborating with Digital Marketing, Content, CRM, eCommerce, and Creative teams to achieve campaign objectives Excellent reporting skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear recommendations for stakeholders Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B PPC campaigns is advantageous Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management and optimisation Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms Audience targeting, campaign structure development, and budget management Conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Performance analysis using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, Quality Score, and Conversion Rate Testing and optimisation methodologies that improve campaign efficiency Data-driven decision-making and strategic campaign planning eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B paid advertising environments Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related field Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or other paid media certifications highly advantageous Google Analytics certifications beneficial Apply now!
