Expect opportunities that may include: Developing and executing Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategies Optimising content for AI-powered search platforms, voice search, and answer engines Conducting keyword, entity, audience, and search intent research Creating and refining content structures that improve answer visibility and discoverability Implementing schema markup, structured data, and knowledge graph optimisation techniques Auditing content and identifying opportunities to increase search presence and authority Monitoring content performance, visibility, and engagement metrics Collaborating with SEO, content, digital marketing, and product teams Providing insights and recommendations based on search trends and user behaviour Staying ahead of developments in AI search, generative AI, and emerging search technologies Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years' of experience in SEO, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, AEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), or a related field Proven experience developing content strategies that improve online visibility and organic performance Experience with technical SEO, content optimisation, and search performance analysis Exposure to AI-powered search, conversational search, or emerging discovery platforms will be advantageous Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and search intent principles Knowledge of AI-powered search platforms, generative AI, voice search, and evolving search ecosystems Experience with content optimisation, entity-based SEO, structured data, and schema markup Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI content platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret search and content performance data Experience developing content strategies that align with user intent and AI-driven discovery Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for emerging digital technologies SEO, Analytics, AI, or Digital Marketing certifications will be advantageous Apply now!
