Duties: Support end-to-end recruitment assignments aligned with client requirements Develop and post engaging vacancy advertisements Source candidates through various recruitment platforms and networks Screen CVs and assist with shortlisting candidates Coordinate interviews and recruitment schedules Engage and communicate effectively with candidates Coordinate assessments, references, and background verifications Maintain accurate talent databases, records, and recruitment reports Requirements: National Diploma\/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience Good planning and organisational skills Strong customer service orientation Proficiency with computers and recruitment tools Familiarity with the following: RPE (Recruitment Process Efficiency) Use of social media and online platforms for sourcing Candidate screening and interview coordination What We'll Give You: While this role is part-time and remote, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.
