SUMMARY:
FACT has an opportunity for a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our winning team as a Recruitment Consultant

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

3 – 5 years’ recruitment experience

Computer literate

Knowledge of recruitment job portals

Attributes:

Detailed focused

Excellent interviewing skills

Excellent telephone etiquette

Excellent negotiation skills

Excellent planning and organisation skills

Good report writing skills

Tasks/Responsibilities:

Sourcing of candidates suitable for client job specification (head hunting)

Conducting of ITC, education and criminal checks and other background checks on candidates

Communicating with both clients and candidate until placement has been made

Cold calling and business development

Perform any other related duties as requested by management

Adhere to SHEQ documented system requirements

Adhere to SHEQ process and procedures

Instruct Talent Acquisition Administrator on work to be performed

Decline or accept job applications

The successful candidate must :
Resides within 25km of Centurion Highveld
Have Own transport
Available immediately (ideal)
Contract or Perm

We are hiring for 2 positions, one is on a four weeks project starting 27 September.
