Recruitment & Sourcing Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles Stakeholder Management Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies Ensure alignment on timelines and expectations Devise and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the health and wellness industry. Collaborate with hiring managers on offer terms and negotiate salary and benefits packages. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external organisations, institutions, and industry stakeholders to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline. Candidate Experience Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the process Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews Provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employer Branding Promote the company’s employer brand across recruitment platforms Support initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality talent Participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and networking events Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour legislation   Job Requirements Relevant qualification in Human Resources 3 + years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho People & Zoho Recruit advantageous) Strong understanding of recruitment best practices Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build relationships, network, and influence stakeholders High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment Problem solving and decision making ability Preferred Attributes Experience in retail or multi site recruitment (advantageous) Knowledge of South African labour legislation Passion for people and building strong teams
