JOB SUMMARY:

Assist with talent acquisition/recruitment activities and general HR-related matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Tasks

Responsible for coordination of all recruitment, advertising, interviews, management of database of candidates
Staff onboarding
Medicals
Conduct assessments with potential candidates
Assist employees with HR-related queries
Compile new files for employees and maintain current
Manage FTC employees and expiry of contracts of employment
Assist with Employment Equity and BBBEE and ensure that recruitment is done in line with EE plan
Assist in implementing training and development if gaps are identified during probation periods for employees
HR reporting/administration
Maintain ERP, capturing of all new starters, terminations, biometrics, and leave
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Updating organograms
Assist and coordinate in office admin duties and HR general admin duties

Qualification & Experience

5 Years’ experience in manufacturing/mining and in talent acquisition/recruitment
Human Resources diploma/degree
