Who I’m Looking For

You likely have:

2–3 years’ experience within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or operational environments
A Degree in Industrial Engineering
Exposure to:
- Process optimisation
- Continuous improvement
- Operational analytics
- Production or supply chain improvement initiatives
Lean Six Sigma certification or practical implementation experience
Strong Power BI capability with a data-driven mindset
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong systems orientation and reporting capability

You understand that operational excellence is not theory — it’s measurable, data-backed execution.
