SUMMARY:

Our client is a global Energy company with major operations throughout the African continent. They are seeking to appoint a seasoned, Talent Development Manager who will be responsible for sourcing and recruitment, learning and development, succession planning, employee engagement and talent retention.

POSITION INFO:

The role will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and reporting of talent practices across the group, this includes:

Sourcing and recruitment
Learning and development
Succession planning
Employee engagement
Talent retention

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Relevant Bachelor degree
6+ years of HR experience in multiple talent management practices (recruitment, learning, employee engagement, performance management, competencies assessments, and succession planning)
Registered Industrial/ Organisational Psychologist (HPCSA registration) will be an advantage
Fluent in English, French speaking an advantage

This role will suit a detail orientated, HR professional who is passionate about several areas of talent management with a track record of effective delivery. This role requires a candidate who is able to develop relationships across the business, and across regions in a virtual setting where there is a demand on delivery of multiple work inputs.

This role is based in Cape Town, and is an office based position.
