Talent Development Manager

SUMMARY:

Our client is a global Energy company with major operations throughout the African continent. They are seeking to appoint a seasoned, Talent Development Manager who will be responsible for sourcing and recruitment, learning and development, succession planning, employee engagement and talent retention.

POSITION INFO:

The role will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and reporting of talent practices across the group, this includes:

1. Sourcing and recruitment
2. Learning and development
3. Succession planning
4. Employee engagement
5. Talent retention

• Relevant Bachelor degree
• 6+ years of HR experience in multiple talent management practices (recruitment, learning, employee engagement, performance management, competencies assessments, and succession planning)
• Registered Industrial/ Organisational Psychologist (HPCSA registration) will be an advantage
• Fluent in English, French speaking an advantage
