SUMMARY:
A dynamic Recruitment Agency based in Rivonia is looking for a Talent Specialist to join their team. This multi skilled individual must be a self-starter, service orientated and have excellent Microsoft Office skills.

POSITION INFO:
It is a high paced goal orientated sales and service environment. The successful candidate will get significant exposure to sales and services and will be expected to perform in accordance with the company values and emphasis on client service.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Sourcing candidates for vacancies
Posting adverts
Building a candidate pipeline
Typing Candidate CV's
Interviewing Candidates
General administration

Minimum requirements

Tertiary education
Strong Microsoft Office Skills – non-negotiable
Working well under pressure
Good and effective communication skills
