SUMMARY:
Training & Developoment Business Partner - LIVE IN

5* Wildlife Reserve based off the R62, is on a recruitment drive for a Talent and Development Business Partner to join their team. This role is to support the effective delivery of core HR Functions, including Learning & Development, Payroll, Administration, Employee Wellness and handling Workplace Skills Plan.
The incumbent will play a key role in coordinating training initiatives, supporting wellness activities, and ensure a smooth processing payroll of inputs. 
Additionally, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Business Partner, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all HR Operations.

Job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Strategic planning
• Conversant with Hospitality and HR technical terminology
• Conversant with hospitality organisational structures and roles
• Expertise in Learning & Development (L&D) strategies
• Experienced in preparing annual training plans including budgets
• Competent in correctly developing and ensuring policies, processes and standards are implemented and applied across the organisation
• Knowledge of online systems for reporting IOD's
• Working knowledge of online u-filing system
• Good knowledge of BCEA, LRA, SDA and EEA
•  Proficient use of the Department of Labour and CATHSSETA online portals.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in HR-Management, and / or Industrial and / or Organisational Psychology
• Background in Hospitality HR within a 5* establishment environment
• Valid Driver's License
• 5+ years' experience in HR function - preferably hospitality environment
• 3+ years in experience in L&D
• Previous Payroll Experience (SAGE 300 People Preferred)
