Talent and Sourcing Specialist: 1-year fixed term contract: Banking Industry

This invitation is for a Rockstar Specialist to join my client for a one-year contract. I am specifically looking for somebody who are confident, have attitude and loads of passion for sourcing

You will be responsible for:

Supplier Engagement
Market Rate Analysis
Onboarding Process Enhancement
Labor Relations Knowledge
Contractual Agreement Knowledge
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
Invoicing and Billing Analysis

You must be able to identify and source middle and senior management and specialist skills within Clusters and manage talent and succession planning by implementing the client’s talent and sourcing strategies to achieve strategic objectives
