SUMMARY:
Tax & Reporting Manager coming from Property needed!

POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned Tax & Reporting Manager to join a dynamic and growing group. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for compliance, reporting, and strategic tax planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all direct and indirect tax compliance, submissions, and audits.
Oversee statutory reporting and financial statements in line with IFRS.
Provide tax planning, advisory, and risk management to optimise the group’s tax position.
Liaise with external auditors, SARS, and regulatory bodies.
Partner with senior management on strategic tax and reporting matters.

Requirements:

CA(SA)/ CIMA/ BCom honours with SAICA articles
2 Years experience (minimum) working for a property company
Caseware experience
Strong MS Excell
MDA knowledge (advantageous)
Dealt with property tax (corporate tax)
