An established company within the Corporate Finance sector is recruiting for a Tax Analyst

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

Our client is an award-winning leader within the Corporate Finance space. They have a multinational footprint and pride themselves in their level of professionalism and service. They are currently looking for a well-groomed individual with strong analytical and communication skills to join their team in the role of Tax Analyst. The successful incumbent must have experience writing tax opinions, reporting on tax legislation and liaising with clients and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications suited for this role:

LLB/LLM
B.Com or Honours in Taxation

Duties include but are not limited to:

Writing of Tax Opinions
Tax Risk & Compliance
Reporting & Introduction of Tax Laws
Business Development & Client Retention
Proposals

Skills & Experience:

Min 3 to 5 years’ experience within a similar tax-related role
Experience dealing with clients within a Consulting, Associate, Dealmaker or similar role
Consulting, Corporate Finance, Financial Services, Banking or a similar industry exposure is essential
