Commercial Tax Attorney

POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for a qualified Commercial Tax Attorney with a solid foundation in commercial law and a keen interest in tax structuring and advisory. If you’re detail-oriented, confident in client interactions, and ready to contribute to a dynamic legal team, this is the right fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of legal documents.
Attend client meetings to provide legal input and guidance.
Develop and implement effective tax structures.
Conduct legal research to stay current with tax laws and regulations.

Skills & Attributes

Strong background in commercial law.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships.

Minimum Requirements

LLB degree.
Postgraduate degree or diploma in Tax.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Registered with the Legal Practice Council (LPC).
