SUMMARY:
Position: Tax Executive Location: Cape Town, Western Cape Salary: R 1400 000.00- R 1500 000.00 per annum. A leading Financial Services Company looking for a Tax Executive to help take their business to the next level in the African market.

POSITION INFO:

Company Description:

This Financial Services company has decades worth of years’ experience helping African countries manage their private equity and corporate finance. This position requires a seasoned Tax professional with 7-10 years’ experience in the Multinational environment, and the best incumbent will be able to comfortably deal with the International Tax function and well as the corporate tax space in the development finance industry.

Job Description:

Cross Boarder transaction experience
Deferred Tax calculations
Fund Tax Compliance
Dealing with various African countries
Dealing with Transactional Tax Securities
- Including Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Finance Management
- Control Foreign Company Agreements

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Qualifies CA (SA) or LLB or Post Graduate Tax Qualification is essential
International and Corporate Tax experience is preferred
7 to 10 years Financial Services, Development Finance, Private Equity, or similar experience is essential
Experience with working with African Countries is essential
