My client is searching for a dynamic Tax Lawyer with a high-achiever track record, in academics and experience, but someone who also can easily work with everyone on all skills levels. This highly reputable industry leader is community-oriented with a passion for uplifting and elevating people internally and externally. The role will see you reporting and liaising with senior management and industry giants.

Duties:

• Drafting technical tax opinions
• Research and proposal preparation
• Dealing with SARS
• Dispute and mediation management
• Dealing and Maintaining Client relationships

Education:

• Completed LLB degree is essential
• LLM qualification is preferred

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 5 to 7 years’ commercial experience
• Admitted Attorney with the relevant Law Society or Bar Council is advantageous.
• Strong ERP exposure is preferred
