SUMMARY:
A medium sized Accounting and Audit firm is urgently looking to fill the role of Tax Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas:

Management of multinational entities tax affairs.
Management of payroll services to clients, including salary payments, salary structure, UIF maintenance, submission of employee tax returns (EMP201) and IRP5 reconciliations.
Management of value added tax services to clients, review of monthly VAT calculations and submission of VAT returns (VAT201).
Responsible for annual income tax returns and provisional tax returns for clients, duties also include proper planning of entities tax affairs.
Annual Country by Country reporting to SARS, with regards to transfer pricing and Multinational Groups.
Compiling tax memorandums/opinions for clients regarding complex tax matter.
Management of SARS audits, verifications and inquiries.
Development of structures (organogram) for clients, both local and foreign structures.
Adhere to the financial and tax compliance of clients in the acquisition and or merger of companies and or branches and performing due diligence.
Adhere to the financial and tax compliance of clients in the liquidation of companies and branches.

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) Or Postgrad specializing in Tax
Masters in Taxation
Higher Diploma in Taxation
3 to 5 years of experience in a Tax Manager role
