A leading conglomerate in the telecommunications space is looking for a skilled Regional Tax Manager to strengthen its Tax Team and drive regional tax planning, compliance, and strategic structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage VAT, withholding tax, and risk mitigation
- Ensure full tax compliance and adherence to policies
- Provide tax advice on key company transactions
- Oversee deferred tax and related calculations
- Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement Group Tax Strategy
- Manage transfer pricing frameworks and documentation
- Handle cross-border transactions and international tax matters
- Support the broader finance function in tax-related matters

Qualifications & Experience:

BCom + BCom Honours in Taxation – essential
- CA(SA) – highly beneficial
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Corporate & International Tax
- Big 4 consulting background is essential
