SUMMARY:
Our client a professional and efficient Accounting firm is currently recruiting for a young Tax Practitioner professional to join their team in the Randburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant degree in Accounting.
Registered Tax Practitioner.
2-3 years’ experience in the tax field.
Experience working with CaseWare would be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities:

Informing clients or employers on the tax preparation process.
Collecting relevant financial records, including pay slips and income statements.
Processing data from financial records into tax return software or databases.
Adhering to federal, state and local tax law to determine deductions and how much each client will pay or earn on the return.
Completing and filing tax documents with appropriate agencies (SARS).
Acting as a representative for clients with applicable agencies as required.
Building customer relationships to promote and expand the business.
