To lead production in the tax department, prepare returns and plan the workflow.

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or diploma in Accounting, Taxation or a related field
Tax technician certification or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 years in a tax production role
Proficient in eFiling

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience: Prepare tax returns and manage all SARS eFiling functions within deadlines. Plan, prioritise and manage team workloads using the workflow system. Demonstrated ability to plan and distribute work across a small team. Ensure compliance with firm standards for tax returns, documentation, filing protocols and operational procedures. Manage client meetings professionally and confidently. Excellent document management.
