SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Team Lead Automation.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Team Lead Automation
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience in automation technologies and tools.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Familiarity with robotics, AI, or industrial automation.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Duties and responsibilities:

Lead the team in designing and implementing automation solutions.
Oversee the development of automated workflows and processes.
Ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize automation strategies.
Monitor and improve system performance.
